Delete your account

Two ways to delete your Portside account and all associated data.

In-app (fastest)

  1. Open Portside on your device
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm
  5. Tap DELETE

Your account and all synced vessel records are permanently deleted immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to:

Use the subject line "Delete my Portside account". We process requests within 7 days and send a confirmation when complete.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email + password hash)
  • All vessel records synced to the cloud
  • Any active sessions on other devices
What stays on your device

Your local vessel log on the phone or tablet stays until you clear it manually (Settings → Storage & Data) or uninstall the app. Cloud deletion does not affect local files.
